412.101 Ordinaziun dals 19 da november 2003 davart la furmaziun professiunala (OFPr)

Art. 66

1 SERI shall establish guidelines for funding requests, budgeting and the calculation of project costs under Articles 54–56 VPETA.

2 SERI shall submit incoming funding requests to the Federal Commission for Vocational and Professional Education and Training (EBBK) to obtain its opinion. For the projects mentioned in Article 54 VPETA, only projects whose total cost exceeds CHF 250,000 shall be submitted.

3 For the projects mentioned in Articles 54–56 VPETA, SERI shall provide the following information in its decision regarding the subsidy:

a.
amount of subsidy granted;
b.
measures to monitor achievement of the goals established;
c.
procedure to be followed in the event of unforeseen circumstances;
d.
assessment of action taken.

4 For projects mentioned in Article 54 VPETA, SERI shall provide the following information in its decision regarding the subsidy:

a.
the various steps to be followed for projects whose expected duration exceeds one year;
b.
follow-up and implementation measures;
c.
information on results and dissemination.

Art. 66

1 Il SEFRI decretescha directivas davart la dumonda, davart la budgetaziun e davart ils rendaquints dals projects tenor ils artitgels 54 fin 56 LFPr.

2 El suttametta las dumondas al giudicament da la Cumissiun federala per la furmaziun professiunala. Projects tenor l’artitgel 54 LFPr vegnan suttamess a la cumissiun, sch’ils custs dal project surpassan la summa 250 000 francs.

3 En la disposiziun davart la concessiun d’ina contribuziun ad in project tenor ils artitgels 54 fin 56 LFPr fixescha il SEFRI en spezial:

a.
l’import da la contribuziun garantida;
b.
las mesiras per controllar, sche las finamiras èn vegnidas cuntanschidas;
c.
la moda da proceder en cas da svilups nunprevis;
d.
l’evaluaziun da las mesiras prendidas.

4 Per ils projects tenor l’artitgel 54 LFPr fixescha il SEFRI supplementarmain en la disposiziun:

a.
d’etappar projects che duran probablamain pli ditg che 1 onn;
b.
mesiras consecutivas e mesiras da realisaziun;
c.
l’infurmaziun davart ils resultats e lur derasaziun.
