Art. 69 Federal Commission for Vocational and Professional Education and Training

1 The Federal Council shall create a Federal Commission for Vocational and Professional Education and Training (EBBK).

2 The EBBK shall be composed of no more than 15 representatives chosen from federal and cantonal levels, from professional organisations as well as from academic circles. The Cantons shall have the right to nominate three members.

3 The EBBK shall be run by the State Secretary of SERI.

4 SERI shall run the EBBK Secretariat.
