Art. 235

1 The court keeps a record of each hearing. This includes in particular:

a.
the place and time of the hearing;
b.
the composition of the court;
c.
the presence of the parties and their representatives;
d.
the prayers for relief, applications and declarations made on record by the parties;
e.
the court's rulings;
f.
the signature of the clerk.

2 Statements relating to the facts of the case are placed on record unless they are already included in their written submissions. In addition, they may be recorded on tape, by video, or by other appropriate technical means.

3 The court decides on applications for rectification of the record.

Art. 234 Negligientscha a la tractativa principala

1 En cas d’ina negligientscha d’ina partida, resguarda la dretgira las inoltraziuns ch’èn vegnidas fatgas a norma da questa lescha. Dal rest po ella basar sia decisiun – cun resalva da l’artitgel 153 – sin las actas sco er sin ils motivs e sin ils arguments da la partida preschenta.

2 En cas d’ina negligientscha da tuttas duas partidas vegn la procedura annullada pervia da mancanza d’object. Ils custs da dretgira vegnan adossads a las partidas mintgamai per la mesadad.
