Art. 2 Enactments of the Confederation

The following shall be published in the AS:

a.: the Federal Constitution;
b.: federal acts;
c.: ordinances of the Federal Assembly;
d.: ordinances of the Federal Council;
e.: other legislative enactments of the federal authorities and of organisations and persons under public or private law that are assigned administrative duties but do not form part of the Federal Administration;
f.: federal decrees subject to the optional referendum;
g.: federal decrees on the approval of international treaties;
h.: simple federal decrees, if the Federal Assembly so decides.

Art. 2 Decrets da la Confederaziun

En la CULF vegnan publitgads:

a.: la Constituziun federala;
b.: las leschas federalas;
c.: las ordinaziuns da l’Assamblea federala;
d.: las ordinaziuns dal Cussegl federal;
e.: ils ulteriurs decrets legislativs da las autoritads federalas sco er d’organisaziuns e da persunas dal dretg public u dal dretg privat che adempleschan incumbensas administrativas, ma che n’appartegnan betg a l’administraziun federala;
f.: ils conclus federals che suttastattan al referendum facultativ;
g.: ils conclus federals davart l’approvaziun da contracts internaziunals;
h.: conclus federals simpels, uschenavant che l’Assamblea federala concluda quai.
