Art. 93 Return assistance and prevention of irregular migration

1 The Confederation shall provide return assistance. For this purpose, it may provide for the following measures:

a.
the full or partial funding of return counselling agencies;
b.
the full or partial funding of projects in Switzerland to preserve the ability of those concerned to return;
c.
the full or partial funding of programmes in the native country, country of origin or a third country to facilitate and arrange the return, repatriation and reintegration (programmes abroad);
d.
the granting of financial support in individual cases to facilitate the reintegration of returnees or provide them with temporary medical care in their native country, country of origin or third country.

2 Programmes abroad may also pursue the goal of contributing to the prevention of irregular migration. Irregular migration prevention programmes are those that contribute in the short term to limiting the risk of primary or secondary migration to Switzerland.

3 For the purpose of implementing return assistance, the Confederation may work with international organisations and set up a coordination office.

4 The Federal Council shall regulate the requirements and the payment and the accounting procedure for the subsidies.

Art. 93 Agid da return e prevenziun da la migraziun irregulara

1 La Confederaziun presta agid da return. Ella po prevesair las suandantas mesiras:

a.
finanziaziun totala u parziala da posts da cussegliaziun per il return;
b.
finanziaziun totala u parziala da projects en Svizra per mantegnair l’abilitad da returnar;
c.
finanziaziun totala u parziala da programs en il pajais d’origin, da derivanza u en in terz pajais per facilitar e per realisar il return, il repatriament e la reintegraziun (programs a l’exteriur);
d.
sustegn finanzial en il cas singul per facilitar l’integraziun u per il tractament medicinal limità en il pajais d’origin, da derivanza u en in terz pajais.

2 Ils programs a l’exteriur pon er avair la finamira da prestar ina contribuziun a la prevenziun da la migraziun irregulara. Programs per prevegnir a la migraziun irregulara èn tals che gidan a curta vista a reducir la ristga d’ina immigraziun primara u secundara en Svizra.

3 Tar la realisaziun da l’agid da return po la Confederaziun collavurar cun organisaziuns internaziunalas ed installar in post da coordinaziun.

4 Il Cussegl federal regla las premissas e la procedura per il pajament ed il rendaquint da las contribuziuns.
