Art. 117a Primary medical care

1 The Confederation and the Cantons shall within the scope of their powers ensure the adequate provision of high quality primary medical care that is accessible to all. They shall recognise and promote family medicine as an essential component of primary care.

2 The Confederation shall legislate on:

a.
basic and continuing education and training for family medicine professions and the requirements for practising these professions;
b.
appropriate remuneration for family medicine services.

74 Adopted by the popular vote on 18 May 2014, in force since 18 May 2014 (FedD of 19 Sept. 2013, FCD of 18 Aug. 2014; AS 2014 2769; BBl 2010 2939, 2011 7553, 2013 7347, 2014 6349).

Art. 117a Provediment medicinal da basa

1 En il rom da lur cumpetenzas procuran la Confederaziun ed ils chantuns che tuts hajan access ad in provediment medicinal da basa suffizient e d’auta qualitad. Els renconuschan e promovan la medischina da famiglia sco cumponenta essenziala da quest provediment da basa.

2 La Confederaziun decretescha prescripziuns davart:

a.
la scolaziun e la furmaziun supplementara per professiuns dal provediment medicinal da basa e las pretensiuns per pratitgar questas professiuns;
b.
l’indemnisaziun adequata da las prestaziuns da la medischina da famiglia.

74 Acceptà en la votaziun dal pievel dals 18 da matg 2014, en vigur dapi ils 18 da matg 2014 (COF dals 19 da sett. 2013, COCF dals 18 d’avust 2014 – AS 2014 2769; BBl 2010 2939, 2011 4435, 2013 7347, 2014 6349).
