1 Managers of collective assets are responsible for the portfolio and risk management of the assets entrusted to them.
2 In addition, managers of collective assets may conduct fund business, in particular, for foreign collective investment schemes. If the foreign country's law requires an agreement on cooperation and information exchange between FINMA and the foreign supervisory authorities of relevance for the fund business, they may perform this business only where such an agreement exists.
3 Managers of collective assets may also perform administrative activities within the scope of these tasks.
1 Il gestore di patrimoni collettivi garantisce la gestione del portafoglio e la gestione dei rischi per i valori patrimoniali che gli sono affidati.
2 Il gestore di patrimoni collettivi può inoltre esercitare in particolare l’attività del fondo per investimenti collettivi di capitale esteri. Se il diritto estero richiede la conclusione di un accordo sulla collaborazione e lo scambio di informazioni tra la FINMA e le autorità estere di vigilanza rilevanti per l’attività del fondo, il gestore di patrimoni collettivi può esercitare tale attività soltanto se è stato concluso un simile accordo.
3 Il gestore di patrimoni collettivi può inoltre esercitare attività amministrative nell’ambito di questi compiti.
