Art. 53

1 The contesting of National Bank orders is governed by the provisions on the administration of federal justice.48

1bis The National Bank is entitled to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.49

2 An action may be brought before the Federal Supreme Court in the event of disputes between the Confederation and the cantons regarding the agreement on the distribution of profits pursuant to Article 31.

Art. 53

1 Il ricorso contro le decisioni della Banca nazionale è disciplinato dalle disposizioni sull’amministrazione della giustizia federale.49

1bis La Banca nazionale è legittimata a interporre ricorso al Tribunale federale.50

2 Un’azione al Tribunale federale è ammessa in caso di contestazioni tra la Confederazione e i Cantoni relative alla convezione sulla distribuzione dell’utile secondo l’articolo 31.
