951.11 Legge federale del 3 ottobre 2003 sulla Banca nazionale svizzera (Legge sulla Banca nazionale, LBN)
Art. 36 Powers
The Shareholders’ Meeting shall have the following powers:
- a.
- It shall elect five members of the Bank Council.
- b.
- It shall elect the Audit Board.
- c.
- It shall approve the annual report and the annual accounts.
- d.
- It shall decide on the allocation of the net profit.
- e.
- It shall decide on the discharge of the Bank Council.
- f.
- It may make proposals concerning amendments to this Act or the liquidation of the National Bank to the Federal Council for submission to the Federal Assembly.
Art. 36 Attribuzioni
L’Assemblea generale dispone delle seguenti attribuzioni:
- a.
- nomina cinque membri del Consiglio di banca;
- b.
- nomina l’organo di revisione;
- c.
- approva il rapporto annuale di gestione e il consuntivo annuale;
- d.
- decide in merito all’utilizzazione dell’utile a bilancio;
- e.
- discarica il Consiglio di banca;
- f.
- può proporre al Consiglio federale, a destinazione dell’Assemblea federale, modifiche della presente legge o lo scioglimento della Banca nazionale.
