Art. 6 Financial assistance for conducting comparison tests

¹ The Confederation shall grant financial assistance for conducting comparison tests only if the consumer organisation in all its testing activities:

a.: bases its selection of the test subjects and the conduct of the tests on the consumers’ need for information;
b.: conducts the tests in accordance with scientific principles;
c.: ensures that the tests are conducted in a technically competent, professional and impartial manner;
d.: grants the suppliers concerned a right of reply.

² The competent federal authority shall ensure the coordination of the test activities of consumer organisations seeking financial assistance.

Art. 6 Aiuto finanziario per l’esecuzione di test comparativi

¹ La Confederazione concede un aiuto finanziario per l’esecuzione di test comparativi soltanto se l’organizzazione di consumatori, per l’insieme dei test ch’essa effettua:

a.: si attiene al bisogno d’informazione dei consumatori nella scelta dei temi e nell’esecuzione dei test;
b.: esegue i test secondo principi scientifici;
c.: assicura che i test vengano eseguiti in modo tecnicamente ineccepibile, con competenza e imparzialità;
d.: conferisce agli offerenti in causa un diritto d’essere sentiti.

² Il servizio federale competente provvede per il coordinamento dell’attività in materia di test fra le organizzazioni di consumatori che chiedono l’aiuto finanziario.
