Art. 4 Federal Council ordinances

The Federal Council may after consulting the business and consumer organisations concerned regulate the declaration procedure by ordinance if:

a.
no agreement has been reached within a reasonable time; or
b.
an agreement is not being fulfilled satisfactorily.

Art. 4 Ordinanze del Consiglio federale

Il Consiglio federale, sentite le organizzazioni interessate dell’economia e dei consumatori, può disciplinare la dichiarazione mediante ordinanza se:

a.
entro congruo termine non è stato raggiunto un accordo oppure
b.
l’accordo è adempiuto in modo insufficiente.
