Art. 5

The Federal Council10 shall define the extent to which and the circumstances in which error tolerances may be allowed for deviations from the standard of fineness.

10 Expression in accordance with No II of the FA of 17 June 1994, in force since 1 Aug. 1995 (AS 1995 3102; BBl 1993 II 1033). This amendment has been made throughout the text.

Art. 5

Il Consiglio federale9 stabilirà in che misura e a quali condizioni si potrà scostarsi dal titolo.
