Art. 51 Forest organisation

1 The cantons ensure the appropriate organisation of the forestry service.

2 They divide their territory into forest districts and forest areas. These are managed by forestry experts with tertiary-level education and practical experience.82

Art. 51 Organizzazione forestale

1 I Cantoni provvedono all’organizzazione razionale del servizio forestale.

2 Essi suddividono il loro territorio in circondari e settori forestali. Questi sono diretti da operatori forestali con formazione superiore ed esperienza pratica.89
