Art. 15 Publications and amending of lists

1 The FOEN shall publish the following on its website33:

a.
the responses from Switzerland (Art. 14);
b.
every six months, the responses of the PIC Parties sent to the PIC Secretariat.34

2 It shall maintain the list of the PIC Parties35 and make them available upon request.

3 It shall amend Annex 2 according to the changes to Annex III of the PIC Convention and add appropriate notes to Annex 1.

Art. 15 Pubblicazioni e modifica degli elenchi

1 L’UFAM pubblica sul suo sito Internet32:

a.
le risposte della Svizzera (art. 14);
b.
semestralmente, le risposte delle Parti alla Convenzione PIC trasmesse al Segretariato PIC.33

2 L’UFAM tiene l’elenco delle Parti alla Convenzione PIC34 e, su richiesta, lo mette a disposizione.

3 L’UFAM adegua l’appendice 2 alle modifiche dell’allegato III della Convenzione PIC e riporta nell’appendice 1 le pertinenti annotazioni.
