Art. 29 Construction

1 Temporary storage sites may only be constructed if the requirements of environmental and in particular waters protection legislation are satisfied.

2 At landfills, the material in temporary storage sites must satisfy the requirements for the type of landfill concerned

3 The waste stored temporarily must be kept separate from the waste landfill.

Art. 29 Costruzione

1 La costruzione di depositi intermedi è consentita soltanto se sono rispettati i requisiti in materia di legislazione sulla protezione dell’ambiente e in particolare sulla protezione delle acque.

2 Presso le discariche i materiali che si trovano nel deposito intermedio devono soddisfare i requisiti del rispettivo tipo di discarica.

3 Il deposito intermedio di rifiuti deve essere effettuato separatamente dai rifiuti depositati.
