Art. 25a Transitional provisions relating to the amendment of 13 February 2013

1 The person responsible for a pipeline installation shall submit the summary report (Art. 5 para. 3) to the enforcement authority no later than 5 years after this amendment to the Ordinance comes into force.

2 The enforcement authority shall waive the requirement to provide information in accordance with paragraph 1 in cases where it already has the necessary information.

Art. 25a Disposizioni transitorie della modifica del 13 febbraio 2013

1 Il detentore di un impianto di trasporto in condotta deve inviare il breve rapporto (art. 5 cpv. 3) all’autorità esecutiva al più tardi entro cinque anni dall’entrata in vigore della presente modifica.

2 Se dispone già delle relative indicazioni, l’autorità esecutiva lo esonera dall’obbligo di fornire informazioni secondo il capoverso 1.
