Art. 38 Supervision and coordination

1 The Confederation supervises the enforcement of this Act.

2 It coordinates the enforcement measures of the cantons and of its own institutions and establishments.

3 The Federal Council decides on the methods of testing, measurement and calculation to be applied.

Art. 38 Vigilanza e coordinamento

1 La Confederazione vigila sull’esecuzione della presente legge.

2 Essa coordina le misure esecutive cantonali e quelle dei suoi propri istituti ed aziende.

3 Il Consiglio federale determina i metodi d’esame, di misurazione e di calcolo.
