Art. 3 Reservation of other legislation

1 Stricter regulations in other federal legislation are reserved.

2 Radioactive substances and ionising rays are covered by the legislation on protection against radiation and on atomic energy.5

Art. 3 Riserva di altre leggi

1 Sono riservate le prescrizioni più severe di altre leggi federali.

2 Le sostanze radioattive e le radiazioni ionizzanti sottostanno alla legislazione sull’energia nucleare e a quella sulla radioprotezione.6
