Art. 84

In consultation with the FOEN and SECO, the FOPH shall adapt the following annexes:

a.

Annex 2:

1.: It shall specify the applicable version of the annexes to the CLP Regulation¹³⁵.
2.¹³⁶: It shall take into account amendments to the Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals drawn up by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and specify the applicable version of Regulation (EC) No 440/2008¹³⁷, and of the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria¹³⁸.
3.: It shall specify the applicable version of Annex II to the REACH Regulation¹³⁹.

b.

Annex 3 (candidate list). It shall take into account amendments to the list of substances for eventual inclusion in Annex XIV to Regulation (EC)
No 1907/2006 in accordance with Article 59 paragraph 1 of the REACH Regulation.

c.

Annex 4. It shall take into account amendments to Annexes III and VII–XI to the REACH Regulation.

Art. 84

D’intesa con l’UFAM e la SECO, l’UFSP adegua i seguenti allegati:

a.

allegato 2:

1.: definisce la versione determinante degli allegati del regolamento UE-CLP¹³⁷,
2.¹³⁸: prende in considerazione le modifiche delle direttive sui test per i prodotti chimici dell’Organizzazione per la cooperazione e lo sviluppo economico (OCSE) e definisce la versione determinante del regolamento (CE) n. 440/2008¹³⁹ e del manuale dell’ONU sulle prove e sui criteri per la classificazione dei pericoli fisici (UN Manual of Tests and Criteria)¹⁴⁰,
3.: definisce la versione determinante dell’allegato II del regolamento
UE-REACH¹⁴¹;

b.

allegato 3 (elenco delle sostanze candidate): prende in considerazione le modifiche dell’«elenco di sostanze candidate all’eventuale inclusione nell’allegato XIV del regolamento (CE) n. 1907/2006» secondo l’articolo 59 paragrafo 1 del regolamento UE-REACH;

c.

allegato 4: prende in considerazione le modifiche agli allegati III e VII–XI del regolamento UE-REACH;

allegato 7: prende in considerazione gli sviluppi europei.
