Art. 4 Persistence, bioaccumulation and toxicity

1 Substances are considered persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) if they fulfil the criteria defined in Sections 1.1.1–1.1.3 of Annex XIII to the REACH Regulation31.

2 Substances are considered very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) if they fulfil the criteria defined in Sections 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 of Annex XIII to the REACH Regulation.

Art. 4 Persistenza, bioaccumulo e tossicità

1 Sono considerate persistenti, bioaccumulabili e tossiche (PBT) le sostanze che soddisfano i criteri definiti nell’allegato XIII punti 1.1.1–1.1.3 del regolamento UE-REACH31.

2 Sono considerate molto persistenti e molto bioaccumulabili (vPvB) le sostanze che soddisfano i criteri definiti nell’allegato XIII punti 1.2.1–1.2.2 del regolamento UE-REACH.
