Art. 10 Reporting obligations

The licence holder is required to submit the following reports to the SFOE:

a.
the design information for the facility, the supplementary information on the site, the safeguards by design information in accordance with Annex 2 number 1.1, and the information on substantial modifications to essential equipment;
b.
the inventory and inventory change reports in accordance with Annex 2 number 1.2;
c.
the notifications under Annex 2 number 1.2.

Art. 10 Obbligo di rapporto

Il titolare della licenza presenta all’UFE i seguenti documenti:

a.
le informazioni descrittive sull’impianto, le informazioni supplementari sul sito e le informazioni Safeguards by Design ai sensi dell’allegato 2 numero 1.1, nonché le informazioni su modifiche rilevanti dell’essential equipment;
b.
i rapporti sull’inventario e sulle variazioni dell’inventario ai sensi dell’allegato 2 numero 1.2;
c.
le comunicazioni ai sensi dell’allegato 2 numero 1.2.
