1 In the event of an emergency, with the aid of the available civil protection instruments and structures, the federal government, cantons and communes are responsible for distributing instructions to the population concerning the behaviour they should adopt and, if necessary, for their evacuation.
2 In the event of a military threat, the authority designated by the Federal Council may issue special instructions.
1 In caso d’emergenza la Confederazione, i Cantoni e i Comuni provvedono, mediante i mezzi e le strutture della protezione della popolazione, alla diffusione di istruzioni sul comportamento da adottare e all’eventuale evacuazione della popolazione.
2 L’organo designato dal Consiglio federale può prendere provvedimenti speciali in caso di minaccia militare.
