Art. 16 Simplified procedure

1 If the persons entitled to appeal consent to transmission of the information to the requesting authority, they shall notify the FTA of this in writing. This consent is irrevocable.

2 The FTA concludes the procedure by transmitting the information to the requesting authority, making reference to the consent of the persons entitled to appeal.

3 If the consent covers only some of the information, the ordinary procedure is conducted for the remaining part.

Art. 16 Procedura semplificata

1 Se acconsentono a trasmettere le informazioni all’autorità richiedente, le persone legittimate a ricorrere ne informano per scritto l’AFC. Il consenso è irrevocabile.

2 L’AFC chiude la procedura trasmettendo le informazioni all’autorità richiedente con l’indicazione del consenso delle persone legittimate a ricorrere.

3 Se il consenso riguarda solo una parte delle informazioni, alle rimanenti informazioni si applica la procedura ordinaria.
