Art. 20 Small-scale importer

An importer is deemed to be a small-scale importer in a reference year with respect to the vehicles in question if the new fleet comprises fewer than the following number of vehicles on 31 December of the reference year:

a.
50 passenger cars; or
b.
six vans or light articulated vehicles.

Art. 20 Piccolo importatore

Un importatore è considerato, in un anno di riferimento, un piccolo importatore in relazione ai propri veicoli se il suo parco veicoli nuovi al 31 dicembre di tale anno è costituito da un numero di veicoli inferiore a: 

a.
50 automobili; oppure
b.
sei autofurgoni o trattori a sella leggeri.
