Art. 146m Start of implementation for projects and programmes outside Switzerland or to increase the carbon sink effect in Switzerland

In derogation from Article 5 paragraph 1 letter d, attestations shall be issued for projects and programmes if:

a.
they are implemented in a partner state before 1 January 2022 based on a contractual agreement between the Swiss Confederation and the Climate Cent Foundation;
b.
after 1 January 2022, they are:
1.
implemented outside Switzerland or increase the carbon sink effect in Switzerland, and
2.
the applicant files the application in accordance with Article 7 by 30 September 2022.

Art. 146n Restituzione provvisoria della tassa sul CO2 2022

1 L’UDSC può, su domanda, restituire provvisoriamente la tassa sul CO2 ai gestori di impianti soggetti a un impegno di riduzione che hanno presentato una domanda di proroga dell’impegno di riduzione delle emissioni secondo l’articolo 31 capoverso 1ter della legge sul CO2.

2 I gestori sono tenuti a restituire gli importi loro rimborsati provvisoriamente, compresi gli interessi, se non hanno potuto adempiere al proprio impegno di riduzione.
