Art. 100 Periodicity of the refund for fuels not used to produce energy

1 A refund application may cover a period from 1–12 months.

2 It must be submitted within three months of the end of the fiscal year.

3 For thermal fuels that have not been used for more than two years before the application has been submitted, there may no longer be a claim for refund.

Art. 100 Periodicità della restituzione per utilizzo a scopo non energetico

1 Una domanda di restituzione può contemplare un periodo di 1–12 mesi.

2 Deve essere presentata entro tre mesi dalla chiusura dell’anno d’esercizio.

3 Non sussiste più alcun diritto alla restituzione per combustibili che oltre due anni prima della presentazione della domanda sono stati utilizzati a scopo non energetico.
