Art. 159 Method of work and secretariat

(Art. 109 VAT Act)

1 The Consultative Commission meets as necessary. Meetings are convened by the chairperson.

1bis The FTA attends the meetings of the Consultative Commissions in an advisory capacity.137

2 The FTA performs the administrative secretarial work and takes the minutes; the minutes shall include the recommendations of the Consultative Commissions and any majority and minority opinions.138

Art. 159 Metodo di lavoro e segretariato

(art. 109 LIVA)

1 L’organo consultivo si riunisce a seconda delle esigenze. Il presidente provvede alla sua convocazione.

1bis L’AFC partecipa alle riunioni dell’organo consultivo in qualità di consulente.151

2 L’AFC assume i compiti amministrativi di segretariato e tiene il verbale delle riunioni; il verbale riporta le raccomandazioni dell’organo consultivo ed eventuali pareri di maggioranza e minoranza.152
