Art. 42 Cantonal regulations

1 If this Act requires supplementation by cantonal law for the purposes of implementation, the cantons are obliged to draw up the relevant regulations.

2 The cantons shall notify the Federal Department of Home Affairs of the implementing regulations.

Art. 42 Disposizioni cantonali

1 I Cantoni sono tenuti ad emanare le disposizioni cantonali completive necessarie per l’esecuzione della presente legge.

2 I Cantoni comunicano le prescrizioni esecutive al Dipartimento federale dell’interno.
