Art. 32b Opposition

1 Decisions made by the FSVO may be contested by filing opposition.

2 The suspensive effect of opposition may be revoked.

3 Opposition must be filed within 10 days of notification of the decision.

Art. 32b Opposizione

1 Le decisioni dell’USAV possono essere impugnate con opposizione.

2 L’effetto sospensivo di un’opposizione può essere revocato.

3 Il termine di opposizione è di 10 giorni.
