Art. 19 Deadlines for harmonisation

1 The Federal Council shall stipulate the deadlines for harmonisation, taking account of the requirements for the 2010 census.

2 It may extend the deadlines for the entering of the attributes listed in Article 6 letters a and d in the registers of residents beyond the census 2010 and instruct the Federal Office to issue directives regulating the details.

Art. 19 Termini per l’armonizzazione

1 Il Consiglio federale stabilisce i termini per l’armonizzazione tenendo conto delle esigenze legate al censimento della popolazione del 2010.

2 Esso può protrarre oltre il censimento del 2010 i termini per l’introduzione delle caratteristiche di cui all’articolo 6 lettere a e d nei registri degli abitanti e incaricare l’Ufficio federale di emanare le istruzioni per disciplinare i particolari.
