Art. 8b

A Swiss court having jurisdiction for the main action also has jurisdiction for a third party action, provided a court in Switzerland has jurisdiction over such third party pursuant to this Act.

Art. 8b

Per l’azione di chiamata in causa è competente il tribunale svizzero del processo principale, sempreché nei confronti del terzo chiamato in causa sussista un foro in Svizzera in virtù della presente legge.
