Art. 48a

1 There is no obligation to be represented before the administrative authorities in proceedings under this Act.

2 Any party who does not want to represent himself in proceedings under this Act before the administrative authorities must be represented by a representative with an address for service in Switzerland.

Art. 48a

1 Nessuno è tenuto a farsi rappresentare dinanzi alle autorità amministrative in una procedura secondo la presente legge.

2 La parte che non intende condurre personalmente una procedura secondo la presente legge dinanzi alle autorità amministrative deve farsi rappresentare da un mandatario con recapito in Svizzera109.
