Art. 36 Forfeiture in civil proceedings

The court may order the forfeiture and sale or destruction17 of the unlawfully manufactured items or equipment, devices and other means that primarily serve their manufacture.

Art. 36 Confisca nella procedura civile

Il giudice può ordinare la confisca e la realizzazione o la distruzione degli oggetti prodotti illecitamente o delle installazioni, apparecchi e altri mezzi che servono prevalentemente alla loro produzione.
