Art. 38 Publications

1 The IPI shall publish:

a.
the registration of trade marks (Art. 30 para. 3);
b.
the renewal of trade mark registrations (Art. 10 para. 2);
c.
the revocation of trade mark registrations (Art. 33);
d.
the cancellation of trade mark registrations (Art. 35);

2 The Federal Council shall determine which additional entries in the Register are to be published.

3 The IPI shall determine the organ of publication.36

Art. 38 Pubblicazioni

1 L’IPI pubblica:

a.
la registrazione del marchio (art. 30 cpv. 3);
b.
la proroga della registrazione del marchio (art. 10 cpv. 2);
c.
la revoca della registrazione del marchio (art. 33);
d.
la cancellazione della registrazione del marchio (art. 35).

2 Il Consiglio federale fissa quali altre iscrizioni debbano essere pubblicate.

3 L’IPI designa l’organo di pubblicazione.35
