Art. 34 Costs

With its decision on the opposition, the IPI shall determine whether and to what extent the costs of the successful party shall be compensated by the unsuccessful party.

Art. 34 Indennità di parte

Nella decisione su opposizione l’IPI statuisce se ed in quale misura le spese della parte vincente sono addossate alla parte soccombente.
