Art. 28 Filing

1 Any person may file a trade mark application.

2 When filing an application with the IPI, the following must be submitted:

a.
an application for registration with details of the name or company name of the applicant;
b.
a representation of the trade mark;
c.
a list of goods or services for which the trade mark is to be claimed.

3 When filing an application, the relevant fees prescribed in the Ordinance must be paid.24

Art. 28 Deposito

1 Chiunque può depositare un marchio.

2 Per il deposito si deve inviare all’IPI:

a.
la domanda di registrazione con l’indicazione del nome o della ragione commerciale del depositante;
b.
la riproduzione del marchio;
c.
la lista dei prodotti o dei servizi per i quali il marchio è rivendicato.

3 Per il deposito devono essere pagate le tasse previste a tale scopo nell’ordinanza.23
