Art. 27c Trade mark regulations

1 The applicant for a geographical mark must file regulations governing the use of the mark with the IPI.

2 The regulations must correspond to the product specification or the applicable provisions; they may not provide for remuneration in exchange for use of the geographical mark.

Art. 27c Regolamento

1 Chi deposita un marchio geografico deve presentare all’IPI un regolamento sull’uso del marchio.

2 Il regolamento deve corrispondere all’elenco degli obblighi o alla normativa applicabile; non può prevedere una remunerazione per l’uso del marchio geografico.
