Art. 72 Forfeiture in criminal proceedings

Works of architecture that have been constructed may not be forfeited under Article 69 of the Swiss Criminal Code80.

Art. 72 Confisca nel procedimento penale

Le opere architettoniche realizzate non possono essere confiscate giusta l’articolo 69 del Codice penale80.
