Art. 33a Moral rights of performers

1 Performers have the right to be recognised as such when they perform a work.

2 The protection of performers from derogatory treatment of their performances is subject to Articles 28–28l of the Swiss Civil Code37.

Art. 33a Diritti della personalità dell’artista interprete

1 L’artista interprete ha il diritto al riconoscimento della sua qualità di interprete per le sue prestazioni.

2 La tutela dell’artista interprete da pregiudizi alle sue prestazioni è retta dagli articoli 28–28l del Codice civile36.
