disp16/Art. 18 L. Repeal of federal private law

On the entry into force of this Act, the federal private law provisions that are inconsistent herewith, and in particular, the Third Division of the Code of Obligations entitled "Commercial Enterprises, Securities and Business Names" (Federal Act of 14 June 1881904 on the Code of Obligations, Art. 552–715 and 720–880) are repealed.
