Art. 912 B. Entry in the commercial register

1 The dissolution of a cooperative must be entered in the commercial register.

2 Notice of dissolution by court judgment must be given by the court to the commercial register office immediately.

3 Notice of dissolution on other grounds must be given by the cooperative to the commercial register office.

Art. 911 A. Cause di scioglimento

La società cooperativa si scioglie:

1.
in conformità dello statuto;
2.
per deliberazione dell’assemblea generale;
3.
per la dichiarazione del fallimento;
4.
per gli altri motivi previsti dalla legge.
