Art. 697hbis 7. Costs of the special investigation

1 The company shall bear the costs of the special investigation. It shall also make any advance payments of costs due.

2 Where justified by special circumstances, the court may order the applicants to bear some or all of the costs.

Art. 697h 6. Deliberazione e comunicazione

1 Il consiglio d’amministrazione sottopone all’assemblea generale successiva il rapporto dei periti, le sue osservazioni e quelle dei richiedenti la verifica speciale.

2 Ogni azionista può, nell’anno seguente l’assemblea generale, esigere dalla società e a spese della medesima un esemplare del rapporto e delle osservazioni.
