Art. 528 3. Termination on the death of the settlor

1 On the death of the settlor the beneficiary may within one year insist that the agreement be terminated.

2 In this event, he has a claim against the heirs equivalent to the claim he would have in the event of the settlor’s bankruptcy.

Art. 528 3. Morte del debitore

1 Alla morte del debitore, il costituente può pretendere entro il termine di un anno lo scioglimento del contratto.

2 In questo caso egli può far valere contro gli eredi un credito eguale a quello che gli competerebbe nel fallimento del debitore.
