1 The bailor may reclaim the bailed chattel together with any growth or accrual thereto at any time, even where a fixed term was agreed for the bailment.
2 However, the bailor must reimburse the bailee for expenses incurred with a view to bailment over the agreed term.
1 Il deponente può sempre chiedere la restituzione della cosa depositata cogli eventuali accessori, quand’anche fosse stato un termine pel deposito.
2 Egli è però tenuto a rifondere al depositario le spese da questo sostenute in considerazione del termine prestabilito.
