Art. 417 V. Excessive fees

Where an excessive fee has been agreed for identifying an opportunity to conclude or for facilitating the conclusion of an individual employment contract or a purchase of immovable property, on application by the debtor the court may reduce the fee to an appropriate amount.

Art. 417 V. Riduzione

Se per indicare l’occasione di conchiudere un contratto individuale di lavoro od una vendita di fondi o per la mediazione di un tale contratto fu stipulata una mercede eccessiva, il giudice può ad istanza del debitore ridurla nella giusta misura.
