Art. 40c III. Exceptions

The customer has no right of revocation:

a.
if he expressly requested the contractual negotiations;
b.
if he declared his offer or acceptance at a stand at a market or trade fair.

Art. 40c III. Eccezioni

Il cliente non ha diritto di revoca se:

a.
ha lui stesso promosso le trattative;
b.
ha fatto la sua dichiarazione a uno stand di mercato o di fiera.
