1 The prohibition of competition is extinguished once the employer demonstrably no longer has a substantial interest in its continuation.
2 The prohibition is likewise extinguished if the employer terminates the employment relationship without the employee having given him any good cause to do so, or if the employee terminates it for good cause attributable to the employer.
1 Il divieto di concorrenza cessa quando è provato che il datore di lavoro non abbia più un interesse considerevole a mantenerlo.
2 Il divieto cessa parimente quando il datore di lavoro disdice il rapporto di lavoro, senza che il lavoratore gli abbia dato un motivo giustificato, o quando il lavoratore disdice il rapporto per un motivo giustificato imputabile al datore di lavoro.
