Art. 3 1. Offer subject to time limit

1 A person who offers to enter into a contract with another person and sets a time limit for acceptance is bound by his offer until the time limit expires.

2 He is no longer bound if no acceptance has reached him on expiry of the time limit.

Art. 3 1. Proposta con termine per l’accettazione

1 Chi ha fatto ad altri la proposta d’un contratto fissando per l’accettazione un termine, resta vincolato alla proposta fino allo spirare del medesimo.

2 Egli rimane liberato, se entro questo termine non gli è giunta la dichiarazione di accettazione.
