Art. 65 Property description

1 The property description comprises:

a.
the name of the commune;
b.
the Land Registry Plan number;
c.
the number and area in m2 of the property, or of the distinct and permanent rights (easements);
d.
appropriate information on the location of the objects in question such as the local name or the road/street name;
e.
the number or other identification of the building; and
f.
a list of the objects from the «land cover» layer.

2 The property description must be dated.

3  Electronic data transfer between official cadastral surveying and the Land Registry is governed by the Technical Ordinance of the FDJP and the DDPS of 6 June 200785 on the Land Register (TLRO).

Art. 65 Descrizione del fondo

1 La descrizione del fondo comprende:

a.
il nome del Comune;
b.
il numero del piano per il registro fondiario;
c.
il numero e la superficie in metri quadri del fondo o del diritto per sé stante e permanente;
d.
un’informazione adeguata sull’ubicazione degli oggetti interessati, come il nome locale o il nome della via;
e.
il numero dell’edificio oppure un altro identificatore degli edifici; e
f.
un elenco degli oggetti del livello d’informazione «copertura del suolo».

2 La descrizione del fondo deve essere datata.

3 Per lo scambio elettronico dei dati tra la misurazione ufficiale e il registro fondiario si applicano le disposizioni dell’ordinanza tecnica del DFGP e del DDPS del 6 giugno 200785 sul registro fondiario (OTRF).
