Art. 50 Repeal

The following are repealed:

1.
the Instruction of 10 June 191988 on fourth order triangulation;
2.
the Instruction of 10 June 191989 on demarcation and surveying of land parcels;
3.
the Federal Council Decree of 6 January 192090 on the Repeal of the Federal Council Decree of 17 November 1911 on the payment of federal contributions to the costs of monumentation of traverse points;
4.
the Ordinance of 12 May 197191 on Cadastral Surveying.

Art. 50 Abrogazione

Sono abrogati:

1.
l’istruzione del 10 giugno 191988 concernente la triangolazione di IV ordine;
2.
l’istruzione del 10 giugno 191989 concernente la terminazione e la misurazione particellare;
3.
il decreto del Consiglio federale del 6 gennaio 192090 che abroga il decreto del 17 novembre 1911 accordando sussidi federali alle spese per l’assicurazione dei punti poligonometrici;
4.
l’ordinanza del 12 maggio 197191 concernente la misurazione catastale.
